Important Program Information
Registration Fee: $150 for NHMI Members and Early Birds (by
August 13). $170 for non-members. This fee includes
all course materials, breaks and lunch.
Deadline: August 27, 2010.
Event date: September 11, 2010.
Cancellation: Refunds except for $25 administrative fee will be made before
deadline. After deadline, fee is non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel
the meeting; full fee will be refunded.
Confirmation: Confirmed registrants will receive notification by email, mail
or fax.
Continuing Education: Approved for 6 Category 1 CME. NHMI is a BOC Approved
Provider. This program has been reviewed and is approved for a maximum of six
hours of clinical Category 1 CME credit by the PA Review Panel. Attendees should
claim only those hours actually spent participating in the CME activity. This
program was planned in accordance with the AAPA's CME Standards for Live Programs
and for Commercial Support of Live Programs.
