Accreditation Statements:
NH Musculoskeletal Institute is accredited by the New Hampshire Medical Society Council on Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the essential areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education.
NH Musculoskeletal Institute (BOC AP# P966) is approved by the Board of Certification, Inc. to provide continuing education to Athletic Trainers.
Image/Likeness/Voice Release:
NHMI photographs, and occasionally video and audio records segments of the continuing education meetings to be used in photography, video and other mediums. Attendees, through the registration process, grants NHMI permission for use in any medium and for any purpose.
